  The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel. At the same time there was the best room of all Eurostars Hotels in Barcelona we have stayed (Cristal Palace andLaietana Palace, everywhere we booked standard double room)

  Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast.   Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup.   Standing room only on balcony overlooking the street - very sweet - felt like a local. Close the shutters and sliding door at night time to cut out any street noise. Aircon available in room if needed. Floor had lift access. Room small and beds very comfortable. Bathroom area small and functional - electric toilet but not noisy. Purcha - It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

  We were a family of 4 persons, in a 6 persons appartment. That was very good because there were to seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole appartment was very new and looked very very nice. The location right to the Metro was good, and the metro line L3 seem to be going to all the major places except Sagrada Familia, but we only had to change o... what people say » nce. Be aware that you have to email Izaka about your arriving time at the appartment. Otherwise you can't get in, there is no reception. If you have - Location was excellent, two minutes from Diagonal station. Apartment clean, quiet, well equipped and the staff helpful. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time for a €5 fee which meant we could sightsee without luggage. A problem opening the safe on departure day was dealt with efficiently and quickly by the staff.
