Very nice, cosy appartment, close to main city attractions or the metro station. The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away". The local sport in Barcelona is pick-pocketing, so it is very convenient to have a safe in the appartment, and there is one. Two bathrooms make it easier for mixed parties as well. all reviews » Apartment was very stylish and clean. Had everything we wanted.....plenty of sleeping space, nice sized kitchen and dining area and lots of toiletries and towels provided. The location was also ideal. Amazing! The apartments are really faultless. We had no problem with the check-in - one phone call and everyting was solved (the girl over the phone was surprisingly Russian-speaking). Fantastic location! . We had a great time! .The street is quiet and it's easy to get around with many public transport stops close-by. The apartment was everything they offer . Very clean, spotless in fact. By metro from the beach (but it wasn't disappointing since we knew it from the beginning). nothing. nothing ;)). We had a big problem check-in. The digital keyboard outside was not working and the some of the phone numbers were not in use. We were given the wrong key, and the wrong apartment number...twice.! Thankfully the cleaning lady let us in and sorted out the key to the flat. nothing. L'interface pour le check in hors service. Keycard didn't work at first, vague instructions on how to check in and check out, a bit difficult to find. No oven and very small cups and glasses. Needs a clothes dryer (not just washer). Also had to call to get into the residence since keypad outside does not work, but they were very helpful. We waited 3hrs outside the hotel since it was locked and all contact numbers were not functioning. Not existing reception services. Gettting into to the hotel as well as into the room was extremely difficult. Several phone calls, walking up and down in stairs, trying couple of keys etc. Bed mattress was hard and too short :) No room for parking a car on the street even for a short moment for unloading bags. Very small single rooms Very cold, no duvet only a thin blanket Being charged twice on my credit card (although they refunded right away after I brought this to their attention).
