I loved the location -the Metro was 2 min. From the hotel. You can walk
to Royal Palace. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min
walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801
overlooking the park was beautiful. I liked the room a lot. It was very
big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The
picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I
think that it is much nicer. Also, I have to add that one can hardly

The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Very central, little hard to find but right off Plaza Mayor. Small room but everything I needed. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.
