The hotel was very central easy to get to from airport using the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. All the facilities were very good and the food was very good, So easy to see Madrid either using the metro or Madrid Vision bus. From the 9th July there is also a free guided three and half hour walk from the square near the hotel which is excellent. - Jeanette

Located right next to the Metro ,Very modern and spotless clean,friendly staff,free wifi internet .the mini bar in room very reasonably priced .excellent bathroom and shower . The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of items .The hotel restaurant looked great but I never ate there because there were so many restaurants nearby . - Gerard

I requested non-smoking and twin bed and I got it. Was appreciated! Oscar at the desk was wonderful He gave my daughter an adjacent room (she arrived later) He always had a cab waiting for me when I rquested one. We love the safety box in the room! - George

Location of hotel is very central. Every major attraction is withinwalking distance.Plenty of places to walk to at night for eating out.For a medium price hotel, ii Castillos is good value. Hotel modern andspotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. - Mrs.juliet
