The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

The staff was super friendly. They make you feel very welcome and give you many advices for your daily schedule if you ask. They provide you with towels for free and you can also change it if you need a new one. The breakfast is not luxury but at least there is a breakfast and for a few days it is totally fine :). maps, restaurant suggestions, anything at all. There were many reviews
that said that the hostel was difficult to find, but we had no problem
finding it at all. It's right off of la Rambla and right around the
corner from Starbucks! Great hostel and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. The lockers are in the room. And the very good thing that the bathrooms are in the rooms. The location is right at la ramblas, just 2 minutes away.
