The lady at the reception knew perfect English and gave us tips what to visit in the city. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the location was right in the heart of the city. They even checked us in an hour earlier than usual and kept our luggage the entire day after we checked out.

My 2 friends and I had a wonderful 4-night stay in June at Zoorooms.
Steve (the Manager) was friendly and informative and he gave us a map
that marked out the sights, eateries and bus stops nearby. His map was
so helpful, it was in tatters by the end of our stay cos we’d referred
to it so much. We got the room, consisting of a double and a single

ZooRooms is well located, close to Passeig de Gracia and subway, it is
also easy to get from/to airport by Aerobus. Inside it is very nice
and clean, with a fresh touch of design :) Beds are really comfy, water
in the shower is hot and stream is good (usually hotels like to limit
the stream ;). Also there are a good equipped kitchen and a room with
sofas and iMac to relax with friends and plan your trip in Barcelona.
And the terrace is awsome! Couple of hammocks, bbq and other facilities

Apartments manager meet us and helped to check in. He explained us what
is nice to see in Barcelona how does tube tickets works ect. He provided
us with city map also which was very helpful. Apartment location was

Location is good, 15 mins walk to Ramblas. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and quite safe.
Lots of good food and very affordable.
Check in and out was smooth and David helped us with everything we need. Sandra was very helpful too.
Lay out of the unit is very good and comfortable even for 6 people.
I don't mind going back again.

Location is fantastic - just on Ramblas, very close to the metro station (Drassanes) . Gothic quarter just around the corner, and so also Palacio Guell. Cathedral 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.
Staff was very helpful.
The room was quite spacious and reasonably clean.
Breakfast reasonably good.
Overall, I think that we got our money worth.
