  The Hostal Gat Raval was a fantastic place from which to explore Barcelona. The location and indeed the street Joaqim Costa are excellent. On leaving the Hostal there is a buzz about, cafes, bars and restaurants are easy to find and have an air of cool without being pretentious. The hostal is very clean and welcoming.   Excellent stay at this amazing apartment! The location was just perfect, across the street from Park de Ciudadella (for the kids was a must, as they could run on the grass and burn energy:)).The Zoo is located inside this park! We were near by the historical center, only minutes to Las Ramblas and Plaza Cataluña!!!And the beach was also right ther... what people say » e (we are planning to go back to the same apartment during the summer time!!!) The staff was very friendly at the check in. They present us the apartm - Location, ease of check in and out, excellent facilities We loved our stay at ramblaspoint.there was always on hand to assist. The apartment was comfortable with everything you needed including aircon. Location was superb ,so everything was in walking distance. Loved the market and restaurants. Great value for money. Would recommend this apartment.

  central location was ideal for sightseeing and nights out. very friendly, helpful reception on arrival. - We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality and cleanliness of the apartment for the very reasonable price.   ** i was looking for a calm and quiet vacation, and lur hostel was the place for it -- loved the classic l'eixample apartment and loved the couch with the view of the block courtyard ** the location was perfect, close to the modernist attractions in barcelona ** it was really really clean, even cleaner than my own house :D ** the staff (david, ... what people say » maria, jaime, linda) were really friendly and helpful - we got lots of clothes to wash but had no time as I and my bf were busy to sight seeing all around in Barcelona but they did it instead of us and brought it into our room even twice. their English wasn't so fluent but didn't matter. just there is one thing to know that it's 10euro to use washing machine though the service was satisfied than my thought. just be sure about it.

  I stayed only one night but I really like it and like I was staying for a long time...It is a home actually but really nice and really warm..I talked with Agustina who working there at nights and she was really nice and trying to help you(Thank you for everything Agustina)..there is shared kitchen so, you can cook your own food(its best way to sav... what people say » e money for backpackers) cleaning was good as well :) I will come back there If I come to Barcelona again..Hope to see you soon :) - Staff was really helpful and friendly. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).
