Guests were prone to slamming bedroom doors though, which in the early hours was a bit irritating.   Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom.   The Hotel itself is perfectly situated in the centre of Madrid close to almost everything, the museum and park just a short walk away. The Hotel was spotless and the staff really helpful. We had a room that looked out on to the fire exit bit strange not having natural light, but the quietness of the room more than made up for it.   The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). There are dozens of tapas bars near the hotel. Finding "sit down" dinner restaurants was tougher but when we did the food was excellent. In addition, the price for the room represented excellent value for money and if the hotel had not been fully-booked, we would have stayed longer at it.
