  Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup.   Loved it. The kitchen was well equipped in fact better than mine back in Australia. The living space with doors which opened onto a park was lovely. Nice big couches and tv to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Reasonably quiet at night time. - Good size

  We were very pleased with the hotel. The location is very good and it's easy to access the public transport and the tourist buses. The staff was kind and gave us valuable information about the sightseeings, the local food, etc. The room was big and comfortable and actually was above our expectations.   Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... what people say » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either.   Hotel was not too hard to find by traveling from the airport by public transport, after getting off at La Sagrea train station, I asked for directions to the hotel which locals were happy to point out to me. Got to the hotel about 2 hours before check in and was told by friendly receptionist that the room was ready and we can check in early. Stayed here for one weekend, and it was great! The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro.   Upon arrival the Receptionist explained absolutely everything we needed to know: he also helped us with our luggage to the room on the 5th Floor!
