Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people.
Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.
The Kitchen is really nice, we had our breakfast at our apartment. It was really good ıf you dont wanna spent much money.

Loved it. The kitchen was well equipped in fact better than mine back in Australia. The living space with doors which opened onto a park was lovely. Nice big couches and tv to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Reasonably quiet at night

Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic");

Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived.
Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Wonderful hotel. Stayed here for one weekend, and it was great!
The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro.

The apartments were right next to the metro and it was so easy to get around. The apartment was well designed and user friendly. The view was very nice. The apartment is located very close to the soccer stadium - walking distance. The bar downstairs had excellent food and the sangria was the best in the city (that I tried).
