The moment you step into the hostel, the service is exceptional. Maybe it sounds too flattering, but that is what I experienced with Angel (Billie). The staff received an award for their friendly and helpful attitude, and they deserved it. And the free dinner. Top class.

  casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to. Also, the staff was very experienced and helpful and added tremendously to the environment of the h... what people say » ostel. They have wifi available and the common area was the perfect place to relax a bit and meet other travelers. I will undoubtedly return to next - Nice place!The room was clean and so was the rest of the flat,the staff was very friendly and helpful . my stay was short but excellent is awesome since it is close to the city centre so we can venture in the touristy things you have planned for Barcelona but its neighbourhood is also full of pretty plaças and bars where lots of locals hang out.

  This hostel was very clean and comfortable and was decorated in a modern style. I loved the down comforter on the bed and the spacious lounge with the tv, games and books. They had all the necessities you could need, including a washer and dryer in the basement. It was located in a very nice part of town within easy walking distance of the metro a... what people say » s well as many other tourist sites. I enjoyed this hostel very much and would highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Barcelona. - This hostel is amazing! Very funky! We were upgraded to a hotel room, free of charge, and still had access to use the hostel facilities. The hotel rooms are lovely and new and very clean. Rooms are made up every day and new towels are also given daily (in the hotel). The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is extreamly close to the Sagrada Familiar and a 5 minute walk from the Metro. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

  This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. The price is just ridiculously good for such a great hostel. The Wi-fi is the fastest I've ever had while traveling and the place is really clean and fresh. Having opened only two weeks before I went there might have helped but I'm hoping they will keep it clean. They have an amazing and open kitchen ... what people say » and common area and and it's easy to meet people! The whole place just feels very open and airy. At this price, it's very hard not to reccommend it an - Everything is great about this hostel! I was planning to stay there for one-two nights but stayed for 4, as I had everything I wanted there. Great staff. Very clean beds (cleaner that in the previous 4 star hotel I've stayed in). Clean toilets and showers and common areas. Very safe, as near each bed there is a safe locked-only-by-your-card box. Small lights near each bed makes it easy to read at night and at the same time you don't disturb the others.   Kabul is the coolest hostel around, all the staff speak perfect english, and really involve themselves with guests. They serve dinner everynight (Included in price!!!!!) and drinks are the cheapest around for beer or mojito. The roof terrace is great for meeting new people and looks over placa reial, my room een had a balcony enough for 2 to stand... what people say » and chat. This is situated not even a minute from La Rambla and has great restaurants in the square below. Great place, well worth anyone's money. - The location is pretty good, in the centre of Barcelona, near the main area in the Gotic Neighborhood, near the old harbour and the beach of The Barceloneta. The rooms are clean and organized. The locker available is really safe. The bathroom are clean and big enough to the hostel.

  La Flor de Gaudi is the best hostel I´ve ever been! Everything is very clean; showers, rooms, sheets, beds ... The couple that runs the hostel is so kind and take care of every guest! The localization is awesome, just 3 minuts of Parc Güell and 15 minutes walking to the majority of Gaudi monuments.   The bunk beds are great. Enough privacy, lights in your bunk. The showers are proper, cleaned everyday, hot water, soap dispenser. The kitchen is clean, easy to use, to cook, there is a waterboiler, dishwasher, pans and plates, enough cups. Good starting point to explore Bcn, especially given that in the lounge travellers can find lots of flyers and useful info about tours, events and promotions! Has all necessary facilities, like wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, lockers, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, etc. Very nice atmosphere, I found it easy to mix with other guests :) highly recommended!!!

  I liked the crew behind the desk. They were really nice and helpful. Cristian, Micky and Rafael during the day and Dave and Jose during the night. They always made me feel welcome. I stayed in the apartment for 1 night where i got a room to myself and I really liked it. Clean, quiet and stuff. The mixed dorm looked fun too. Monday pub crawl and people were partying in the kitchen and stuff - it seemed very fun and I would have loved to join in had it not been for my long accumulated fatigue. Great place !
