  The location was very practical to get around BCN. The guy who greeted us was super nice and met us at 11 even though checkin is normally at 15. Unexpectedly for Spain it was also very quiet! - Best location, quiet, spotless clean! It was great having our 'own' flat during our stay!

  Nice, clean, well organized. We stayed close to Sagrada Famillia & subway station. Across the street there was a super-market, so we could get all the supplies we need. The office is in the old town and we had to take the keys from there but the instructions were very accurate. Everything was more than ok!   I stayed only one night but I really like it and like I was staying for a long time...It is a home actually but really nice and really warm..I talked with Agustina who working there at nights and she was really nice and trying to help you(Thank you for everything Agustina)..there is shared kitchen so, you can cook your own food(its best way to sav... what people say » e money for backpackers) cleaning was good as well :) I will come back there If I come to Barcelona again..Hope to see you soon :) - Staff was really helpful and friendly. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).
