  The service was outstanding. It was like having our own personal trip planner for a day in Munich. The breakfast was amazing -- the best we had in Europe. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

  The hotel was smaller which made it nice and didnt have a really busy feel to it. Front counter staff were really nice and provided good info on the bus and trains. - There was a few english channels and a good movie channel always in english. the room was a really good size and the bed was good.
