  Truly excellent - super nice reception and very thoughful overall; they even left a bookmark inside my book - now that had never happened before. Also the minibar softdrinks are free, the alcoholic drinks are supermarket prices and the wifi is free. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

  The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills. The range of food available at breakfast was great.
