The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

Everybody at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a nice garden view. The hotel is quite near to the city center, approximately 10 minutes walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s good value for money -
Reception staff is very friendly.
Breakfast is common but no complain.
Some reviewer says no wifi connection from their room and when I check-in staff said connection is only for common area, but I could connect from my single room on the top floor.

Budget friendly, family ran hostel. Not close to city center, but bus and metro station are very close / easy to go to city center. Free parking (which is rare for Munich). Clean, small room and small private bathroom which was enough for us as we were out all day. Table, refrigerator and TV also in room. Staff helpful regarding directions.

Amazing breakfest and location.
Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing.
Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom.
Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

This time we stayed in a Superior Apartment, that had everything we needed - Previously we had a Basic Apartment, that we really couldn't fault either - My only advise is.. Make sure you get your Guest Number if you are arriving after reception hours - - Check the email that Concept Living will send you very soon after you book (this is a separate email from letsbookhotel.com's). This is the 2nd time that I have checked in to
