Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. The facilities in the apartment were great, I was surprised how big it was and how bright and comfortable it was. The kitchen had anything we wanted, the TV and Stereo were very handy, good to listen to music in the evening and keep a check on the news. The area was very quiet at night which was an added bonus.
