  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! Lovely spacious and quiet room with a ... what people say » very large bed of very good quality.Located in a good neighborhood with lots of eating and drinking establishments, supermarket just across the street - Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

  Cleanliness! It was so clean it (almost) hurt! The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent.   Very clean. Nice size room. Great location right off the Ku'damm. - Staff was very nice to give us directions to where we wanted to go along with a map. They speak great English.

  This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. And the hotel is conveniently located right next to a station which is one S Bahn stop ... what people say » to Zoo station and two stops to the main station. - The nearest station almost belongs to the hotel.
