  Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room. The conscierge was very helpful and efficient and the loc... what people say » ation of the hotel cannot be beaten. - Definitely the place to be when you're in Berlin!! The view and thelocation were just amazing! I'll definitely be back in that hotel. Ibooked that room because on offer due to the small size, but I swear itwas definitely big enough and with all the comforts.

  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   The room was very pleasant, the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and the restaurant excellent. - very helpful hotel staff, comfortable bed :o) I stayed only for one night so I was unable to explore the hotel facilities in detail
