Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean.   The room was very pleasant, the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and the restaurant excellent. - very helpful hotel staff, comfortable bed :o) I stayed only for one night so I was unable to explore the hotel facilities in detail
