  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.   The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful. Our room was not available when wechecked in early and they assigned us another one very quickly.   This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's tucked away in a courtyard, so it's pretty quiet. The building is new and modern, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also a fun, hip area with lots of restaurants a few blocks - The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed. While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys. The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area

The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The hotel is quite close to U-bahn station and there are many restaurants nearby with a variety of food.

  The apartment was exactly as it was presented in the pictures and as was described by the owner. It was very clean and very quiet (it is located in a big street but doesn't overlook it). The location is perfect, the tram is 20m away and the Bahn station is 5 minutes walking distance, while at the same time you have countless small restaurants, bar... 别人怎么说 » s and cafes right at your doorstep. The owner was very helpful, giving us instructions for everything we needed, from emailing transportation instruct - I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained him by phone what's a place he needs to get to.
