  We were very pleased with the accommodation and I hope to use it again. It was as advertised and on the ground floor with access to a shaded garden. We were a mixed English party of four. There were two double bedrooms one also had a large bed settee. The kitchen and bathroom were comfortable with hot water.   The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.   The room was very nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Berlin - Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent - such a range of foods to choose from. All the staff were very efficient.

No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.
