The place is really good to stay. It is easy to find and close to check in. Moreover, it is the center of the city: 3 min to Check Point Charlie and 15 min to Branderburg Tor and Museum Island. Having a whole apartment for myself! Very well located, only 2 blocks away from Charlie Checkpoint.
There is a small market just in front of the apt.
I recommend booking an apartment only for those that will stay +4 nights, otherwise it is not worth it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

Easy to walk to from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof (about 20 mins walk). The room was clean and uncluttered in an appealing minimalist style. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, however the nearby streets are calm, so at night you can enjoy your rest. It takes just 2 min to reach the S-Bahn station, also you can find here a lot of restaurants and caffee. Every day I took my sandwich on my way to the conference without any time delay.
Especially I enjoyed the hotel sitting-room with wonderful fireplace and library - it was awesome!
I strongly recommend to stay in Monbijou hotel :)

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german
