  Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room. The view and thelocation were just amazing! I'll definitely be back in that hotel.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. The hotel is a typical conference churner and the rooms very business oriented but very comfortable, good size and floor heating in the bathrooms! When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.
