  Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. Within a couple of minutes you walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

The apartment itself was in a great location, directly opposite Jannowitzbrücke station and less than 1km from Alexanderplatz.
