I would like to tell you that they must have included Towels and bed sheets in the rent during online booking. When I reached there, they ask me extra money if I need towels and bed sheets. Every body need towel and bed sheet there. Thanks. Regards Haq Nawaz. The breakfast was excellent, and very good value. Plenty of hot water and electrical outlets. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding! Karol in particular was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the free wifi sections.
all reviews » Great size family room, we were given an even bigger room than we booked. Great toy area to play with by the bar/reception area and a playground and supermarket is 2 mins walk down the road. Good hostel with private rooms located very close to the Berlin HBF. About ten minutes by foot. Also has bike rent, good for people that like bikes. The breakfast was great, the staff were all very helpful, and I loved the fact that it was only a ten minute walk to Berlin's main train station!. This is a wonderful hostel for all the youths all around the world.It's always crowded outside and inside. A quiet and tidy room. Very good location: 10 min. The room didn't have an air condition which was very hot in it. the price is not so cheaper for an hostel, but you can appreciate the confort. the check out is too fast! There were no hooks in the bathroom, and our room did not get cleaned everyday. some solo travelers in dormitory rooms. One washer and one dryer for 1020 beds... and they were out of order! This is a joke. Backpackers need to do their laundry while on the road. Staff. wery unhelpful if not incompetent. Mercedes too overwhelmed with the check-ins, but too be fair she was all alone for the check-in while in the morning there were 2 guys picking their noses during check-out... go figure. Get an adequate laundry room for godsake!!. High price for 1 night. Too much noise in the corridors. there was no aircondition in the room for the hot summer. There are groups of children around 18 years who are drinking and screaming and laughing all night long. It's impossible to sleep or relax in this hotel.
