  Fantastic location everything is within walking distance and their are a lot of great restaurants close by. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped. We've paid 75 Euros for the double room with private shower/WC during the Opera festival which is a great deal for Altstadt.
