See above - the hotel is perfect. Moreover, I appreciate especially the friendly atmosphere. Very nice hotel for such price.Location, room, hotel staff. Staff (very friendly and helpful), location (5 minute walk from Marienplatz), cleanliness (rooms cleaned daily). City Tour cards are available to buy at reception - this avoids the hassle of using the slightly complicated ticket machines in the train stations and also gets you brilliant discounts to numerous attractions. Small bar with small selection of drinks and snacks. Highly recommended.

It's just a ten minutes walk from the Munich city centre pedestrian area. Take a stroll through the Isartor city gateway to the Viktualienmarkt (food market) and to the Marienplatz (town hall square). Or indulge yourself with a wonderful walk along the banks of the river Isar! Or make use of our steam room and our fitness center.
Just a few minutes from the Deutsches Museum (technology museum) and the German and European Patent Offices.

Please note that if travelling by car you will need an environmental badge in order to drive through the city centre. The hotel is happy to assist you in obtaining one in advance. The property will be going through renovation works from Mon 08 Jan 2018 until Thu 15 Mar 2018. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.

Information about the area

It takes just 32 minutes by S-Bahn train to the airport and a few minutes to the new exhibition centre. Tram, bus, train and underground stops are very close by.
