  Fantastic location everything is within walking distance and their are a lot of great restaurants close by. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped.   The hotel is centrally located in the old town part of Munich. Easily accessible by public transportation and close to all main tourist sites. The room was quite big and comfortable. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, for a pension in the city center. There were even two live plants in the room. We've paid 75 Euros for the double room with private shower/WC during the Opera festival which is a great deal for Altstadt. If you don't want the dull continental breakfast, go to Segafredo café on Rosenthal 1 (outside terrace facing market square).
