We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus. Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.
