The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have

The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again
