  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean.   Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!). I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel the need to ... what people say » get it! We had a great time! We would definitely return. - While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel.   At first, I had booked a 16-day stay at the standard rate, which did not include a desk and a chair. I immediately upgraded and had a very enjoyable stay. I was also a little disappointed that there were few cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and that the hotel seemed to be in a business district and residential apartment district. I also realized I was minutes - As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy. The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant.   We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

  Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be. If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others. But this is not big problem, because there are a lot of excellent restaurants for any taste - Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.
