We first checked into a room without a bath (we coukd change room though). 10 euros per 1h internet connections is far too much. 17 euro per person for breakfast is too much. Room was small but bathroom size made up for smallness of room. Parkingwas extra (12 Euros). Location was ok but not great.The room was dirty, crumbs on the desk, carpets and walls were parked with dirt. The hotel was unwilling to give us a room with a single large beg rather than 2 singles. Breakfast price. Someones room service half eaten food was left out in the corridor for two days. restaurant services and hours. we check in the hotel in 45 minutes. reseption is awful. The website I booked the room on said I would have free wifi in the room. This wasn't entirely correct - I couldn't use my lap top and the free wifi in the lobby was restricted to 30 minutes. VERY frustrating.the rooms were too small. No shampoo or soap on the first day, breakfast very expensive, hotel wasnot good value for money. The room service did not work well. Leaving the room at 12 you would highly unlikely have no room service. We stayed for 11 nights and the leaning was not changed even once. Everything not included in the fare was extremely expensive. For instance, internet connection 10 euro/hour: simply crazy!.
