  It felt very non-touristy and the full kitchen with microwave, stovetop and refrigerator was great. The bathroom had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers that are looking for a way to integrate themselves into Berlin vs. staying in a hotel.   Perfect location with its own little eco town feel. Perfect for jumping onto the underground to central Berlin. Great, cheap little coffee shops and restaurants in the area.   The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The apartment itself was in a great location, directly opposite Jannowitzbrücke station and less than 1km from Alexanderplatz.   My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase) and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (... what people say » but there is an elevator), and then the spiral staircase up one flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. . . and free wifi! Just down from ur Hot - The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. I would suggest takeing the little more expensive comfort room because standard one is very small (at least mine was).   Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center... what people say » of the city. If we were in Berlin again, we would stay there again :) - We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very modern. A very good value for money.
