Great Service! We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. Great design and comfort and lovely situated in a nice and quiet area with the park & zoo just outside. We had a fantastic stay and warmly would reccommend to others.

the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away.
Also close-by are very good transport links.
Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room.
Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.

Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. I liked that the hostel was trustworthy. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that. It was perfect for those who want to save a bit of the budged in living.
