  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

  Contrary to some negative reviews, we found the breakfast great and the staff helpful and visibly eager to please as they busied about their different tasks. Great value for money and close to town, forget about your car for 4€ a day and visit Berlin on public transport - Sbahn just 3 minutes from the hotel. - Room was spacious and clean. From the station, it is just 10 mins to reach AlexanderPlatz from where Berlin cirecly city tour bus starts.
