Contrary to some negative reviews, we found the breakfast great and the staff helpful and visibly eager to please as they busied about their different tasks. Great value for money and close to town, forget about your car for 4€ a day and visit Berlin on public transport - Sbahn just 3 minutes from the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Also the toilet was spaciaous enough. Hotel is nearby to Bahn station that is great. Breakfast is good. From the station, it is just 10 mins to reach AlexanderPlatz from where Berlin cirecly city tour bus starts.

Breakfast very good. Break fast was good. Nothing. We stayed there in the peak of summer(Mid July 2013). It was hot inside the room.. we were sweating as no aircondition facility was available. Other than everything was great in the hotel. It is worth for the cost we incurred. The breakfast is realy basic. Parking available for 4 euros per night, no lift/elevator available. Elevator is a little bit far from rooms but ok. If your traveling around europe and want to meet people, the feel of the place is more hotel like than hostel like. So for a group of friends is great but for solo euro tour not so much. Bad wi-fi connection; the card terminal didn't work; transparent restroom's door =). This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a hostel. Our room was 3 bunkbeds, lockers and a small bath. two people couldn't pass each other in the room it was that small. Okay just to sleep there but wouldn't want to spend anytime relaxing there. One shared bathroom and shower between two 6-bed rooms (12-people). There was No spa/wellness, it was closed. We booked this hotel because of the wellness so we were disappointed. My family booked and paid for a suite and got a different room with 6 bombeds- they slept on the floor. There are no restaurants in the area. The breakfast buffet were out of juice, milk, plates, napkins, bread for a while. .in the room cleaning lady left something behind an image on the wall big noise from the street. there is a underwear in the room belongs to someone else they kept us waiting when we arrived and let people who arrived after us settle down before us. one of their waiter at breakfast was more than angry for nothing , i put some stuff in their freezer earlier evening and wanted that back and he refused to give me claiming that I should just leave and dont ask him any thing. Staff should be more friendly and courteous to guest. The bed sheet, pillows sheets and towels are not changed daily basis. The cup and shower only provided for one person but i booked for double bed. The breakfast are included in the room rate but I prefer lower price but no breakfast included, because too less choices of food(but it's not a big deal if you are not picky for breakfast). No kettle at all for the room. Lots of noise of construction workers very early in the morning (7 a.m), not internet wireless in rooms and very weak signal closed to reception. Bed pillows very uncorfotable. very noisy location. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep. i still believe that the hotel room I booked was not the room I was given even though I have been lied too by many of the hotel people. My friend and I both used your service and felt like we were cheated.
