  The professional people who man the reception desk are great.   It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The big windows hardly block out the light though so do consider brin... what people say » ging a blindfold. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! - The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

  I would like to tell you that they must have included Towels and bed sheets in the rent during online booking. When I reached there, they ask me extra money if I need towels and bed sheets.   The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.
