  Very much enjoyed. This was probably the best value for rooms in Berlin. The location opposite Tempelhof was very good and the neighbourhood and shops were good too. The staff were friendly and courteous and I hope given that the airport is due to close that the hotel will be able to keep up its standards. - Excellent food in Bistro Columbia.

  For a short ( 3 night) stay in central Berlin, we found it very good value for money. The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. (Not so good if you expect to spend a lot of time in your room; e.g. no tv). The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to give us recommendations on where t... what people say » o find a good/inexpensive meal, as well as tourist information. Breakfast was also basic, but it was fine and there was plenty. Free parking outside. - It was clean, friendly and great location, near to the city and transport facilities. Would go back for sure.

  The hostel is located really in a very good place. There is underground just close to it and there are many good places to eat just near the entrance of the hostel. Very nice lobby bar where you can relaxe and chat with friends. Very nett stuff. - Good location in Kreuzberg right by the subway station Mehringdamm.   The staff were very, very nice and helpful. The fact that the reception is open 24h is really nice as well. I liked the room, which was very clean, and well planned so that the fact that it was quite small didn't really matter. The bathroom was very nice and clean. I liked to location as well, it's calm and quiet but close to areas which - The value for money at Hotel Johann is excellent, beautiful and spacious room with high ceilings, there is no air condition in the hotel but even during hot days, room remained cool.... Excellent breakfast with top quality products/ingredients! This was a 2nd stay at Hotel Johann and we will certainly come back.
