The staff were friendly and gave us directions to the Ferris Wheel. This hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted to go. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend!

When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line. Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside our window.
