The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. The bed was excellent. Staff, location in downtown made everything walkable, and the beautiful surroundings that made it feel special and comfortable. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.
all reviews » Close proximity to the convention center and the valet parking attendant guys. They're friendly and very receptive to questions that have probably been asked a thousand times. The affiliated SPA is brilliant, as well as the fitness center; employees at the concierge are the most efficient and smiling of the whole staff. Location, design, interior, staff. The bed slept extremely well. The restaurant was decent and the breakfast bar as well. We had a nice stay!. Loved the ambiance, the access to the spa and sauna. The restaurant is wonderful. The rooms spacious, clean, usable and comfortable. room was pleasant, bed comfortable, amenities nice, convenient location, loved that it was Leeds designated, friendly staff. Lovely hotel and facilities, very clean and comfortable! Staff helpful and located downtown near to shops and restaurants. The hot tube area was being worked on and therefore closed. We had really enjoyed that the last time we stayed. A number of items in the suite were in need of repair and we didn't want to have to deal with them. The coffee machine wasn't working. The shower head wasn't holding in place on the adjustable rod. There where no extra blankets in the room (plenty of pillows) though the front desk did get them to us very quickly. The thermostat could only be lowered to 65 degrees. We northerners like to sleep in a cool environment, say 60-61 degrees. Did not like the sliding, full glass, non-privacy-like bathroom door. Would much prefer a normal hinged door that closes against door jambs with a locking door knob. Did not like the expensive parking and taxes! But what can you do? That's the nature of the beast for downtown Seattle. The staff may be not sympathic; the WiFi connection in the rooms is provided with high extra fees; no continental buffet at breakfast. It was quite noisy. We could hear sounds from the neighbours (guitar player, girl with vivid love life) and from the hallways. Loved it!. Very expensive. Charge for wifi and parking. Nothing. The room service took forever to pick up the tray despite a phone call.We are talking many hours. I loved everything. I would definitely go back. Having to pay for internet. Not a huge deal because we had our iphone to look things up. very expensive parking. Parking ... Or, more specifically ... Limited and expensive. Cost for wi fi. N/A - everything was great!. I was put in a handicap room and was never told. It was okay but would have been better in a regular room. Also, no light in the closet made it difficult to see. Rooms were not sound proofed and noise from the hall and neighbouring rooms was very bothersome. Bring ear plugs. Something missing from the staff. There are no personalities... Serviços, café da manhã. Not up to the standard , old towels and bed sheets , no free wi fi ,,no laundry service on Sunday ,no breakfast , filthy carpet , takes long time to get hot water in the shower , I will not recommend this hotel to a friend and family. Check out was a complete nightmare. Having to wait approx. 45 minutes to get our car.
