Excellent location with the Warwick down the street and Westin around the corner- Andra is a much better deal. Fantastic, helpful staff new fitness room comfortable beds and large rooms Very nice concierge and reception staff. We loved the upstairs lounge for meeting with our party and friends. Having Lolas right next door a bonus for breakfast. Well-run hotel with strong and friendly service and a great location near Pike's Market and all downtown attractions. Lux Suite with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by french doors was good for our family of four. Great restaurant choices within one block including Cafe Lola in the lobby.

Nothing. - No freebies for honeymooners - Expensive parking fees - inferior housekeeping service, I had to ask for slippers from the front desk. None. View unsightly. nothing. Not enough number of exercise units. Please expand your fitness center. Room not cleaned properly. Choice of food limited. NOISE,NOISE, NOISE to sleep well you would have to be deaf. Feel of hotel. It did not feel welcoming. Also room lighting was very poor. Could not read in the room at night except in bed with a very unpleasant glaring clip type lamp.
