It was a rather old-fashioned, charming hotel. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Good value. The breakfast was basic but good. The staff was accomodating. I felt that I was quite lucky in my last minute choice and plan to stay there again on my next visit. - upgraded and staff v accomdating, breakfast was good for price

The Palms South Beach is a great hotel I would reccomend everyone, it's very very clean, very elegant, the staff is always nice and polite and the room and all facilities were absolutely perfect. - Lovely hotel, good sized rooms, decorated very modern, Aveda bath products. we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. free parking, the hotel is not really central if you want to be @ maimi south beach so i would recomend a car if staying in this hotel, then it's about 15 minutes drive - location, price, good bed and linen, airport shuttle service
