The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

Very friendly staff! It was an amazing value. Lots of space in the room, yes the furniture is a bit out of date, but it worked perfectly fine and it was very clean. I will always stay here when I'm in south beach. They are also very flexible with check in and check out times. My flight arrived at 9am and they let me into my room well before the designated check in time.

I loved this little boutique hotel. the interior was really cool with the lovely old photographs. it looked like a Ralph Lauren design. The staff were great and the food in the bar was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfy. Oh and we went down to the club downstairs and had a blast dancing the night away.

The hotel had a very relaxing and zen feel. I like that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collins, but still close enough to walk over to the restaraunts and shopping. I also liked that it was an apartment style suite. -
