Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor.
The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating.
Restaurant was good for burgers, pasta etc and not too expensive.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

The staff is very friendly, the price of the hotel was really good if to compare to the other hotels.
The hotel is rather small, so there are not many people you meet and no noise.
The room and all the territory was clean, the room was cosy and quite big with all the stuff in the kitchen.
It is obly 1,5 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes away from the all restaurants, shops etc.

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!

The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.
