The hotel is in an excellent position, just a short walk from the beach. The hotel is located very close to the attraction points. You can find everything inside the rooms (kitchen acc.). Although there was a complimentary breakfast, is wasn't very good. The guests mainly from Hispanic and low budget people. They don't care other guests' rights and make too much noise. Nothing bad to say. No breakfast. No lift available, carring the bags to rooms at the second floor. There is no garage belonging to the hotel for parking . - check out by 11.00 a.m.; - lack of breakfast. Change the detergent, it was impossible to use the microwave, as all food and water immediately absorbed the taste of cologne. staff. parking. The massive cockroach in our room and no acknowledgement of fault on their part. NO discount and no geste commerciale. Hotel looks very nice from outside and on the official pictures but the rooms are in horrible condition. Almost everything was dirty and worn out. Sheets in one of the beds were not replaced after previous client. New ones that they gave to us were very poorly ironed and had stains. Air conditioner was very loud and noise from the other guest came through thin walls. Incompetence of the desk We paid the total amount at Arrival plus 300,00$ assecurity fee? At departure they returned just 100$ because they pretend having made a mistake!!!.
