Hotel very clean, the beds are comfortable, nice breakfast, clean bathroom and reception staffs help/qauid in everything ( attractions location, subway, resturants .... etc)

The location may not be the most attractive one in NYC but it is very convenient - fast transportation to the hotel from the JFK airport by subway; only few minutes subway ride to Manhattan. The subway station is so close to the hotel, that when you got off the station you can actually see the hotel right from there. The location was perfect, close to the subway, (local 7 train straight to grand central and time square in about 10-15 minutes) neighbourhood is ok, despite the looks of it. We travelled with a baby and a toddler and didn't have any problems at all, didn't feel unsafe... Small, clean room with a view... They work with a private cab company with a fixed fee to the airport.
