    the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

    First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. Helpful staff, extrememly clean and well kept, fruit, cereal and bagels provided for breakfast with microwave and cooker should you wish to purchase anything for yourself, basic room but perfect as base for exploring Chicago. 5 to 10 mins walk to John Hancock Centre and oak street beach and explo... what people say » red a great deal of Chicago by foot. Hope to stay again sometime. - I liked the location in terms of being able to walk or easily take public transportation to the heart of the city as well as the immediate area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and "complimentary breakfast all day", which included tea, coffee, fruit, bagels and cream cheese as a plus.

    Location-it was really close to all of the shops and there was a bus stop right out front, making transportation elsewhere extremely easy. The staff was extremely helpful. - The staff was extremely accomodating and the hotel is in a great location.

    Primarily a convention hotel this hotel still offers a great location and excellent service for tourists. A 20 minute walk to Navy Pier and easy walking to the Magnificent Mile and State Street so no matter which side of the river you want to explore this hotel offers a convenient location. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is a goo - The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

    We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a really great time being in Chicago. Luxury at a very reasonable price! I will definitely be planning a longer stay in the near futu... what people say » re! Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.

    Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles. - Friendly help full staff, comfortable rooms and ease of access to stadium and downt... what people say » own.     From the first moment we entered the staff was friendly and helpfull. The location is exellent, 8min walk to the L. Clark street which is full of pubs and restaurans just 2min. 2 cinema's are in walking distance. The hostel is great, whether if you're in a dorm or private room. We were in a half/half. Sink and toilet, shower on the floor. The room... what people say » was cosy and sufficient. Breakfast was decent. Bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, creamcheese, P&J. It was always warm and homey. Free dinner on sun - At check-in the staff was extremely helpful and, when no parking spots were available, they showed where to find free parking and then another ramp to park as well. The events hosted by the hostel were outstanding as well, the pub crawl, evening grill out, and the Hawks parade viewing of course. Overall, this hostel is straightforward and simple, no tricks, in a fun and happening Lincoln Park neighborhood, and I know this is my new go to place to stay when I return to Chicago for future trips.
