It was centrally located and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Traveled w/ friends who check-in the day before and the hotel was able to get us rooms next to each other. We had double bed rooms and being a NYC hotel, the space was more than I expected, however, closet space was almost non-existent.

The staff was friendly, prompt in service and accomodating. The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York. The room I stayed in was both functional and just the right size for a solo traveller or a couple.

What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

The location was perfect for what we were there for. It was so easy to get anywhere from our hotel location. It was right next to the subway station, making it simple to go uptown to downtown and anywhere in between. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We also loved the atmosphere!! The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).

The whole staff is so welcoming, courteous, smiling and attentive. The room was very comfortable, well decorated and spacious. This hotel was renovated very tastefully. It's a beautiful, elegant hotel that is quiet which is rare in New-York City. I loved the bathroom, the robes and towels were very soft and it was extremely clean. I will definitly be back, this is a gem.
