Every single staff member we encountered went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
We must commend Bill Sutton, Head Concierge, and his staff for especially excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

The location is excellent! I visited for an event at the Moscone centreand the location couldn't have been more ideal. Everyone was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we would be comfortable. They even suggested that we might want to change our room because they were afraid that being on a lower floor we'd be bothered by the noise of the street! Then they checked on us to make sure we were not bothered by the noise at all. Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. The stafff were proffessional and helpful. A remarkable place to stay again.
