Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. We stayed in Burnham hotel from 5th to 8th of October, 2013. I enjoyed the whole experience of living here in the heart of Chicago Loop. The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one).

This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Hotel has efficient and friendly staff; fantastic upper floors restored interior and history of the building is exceptionally interesting. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east.
Great bar and bistro on the ground floor.
I will definitely visit again.

Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

The location was perfect!! Near the end of the loop and all the shopping. The Roof bar was a perfect place to start a night out.
